It’s been a while since working on a costume for an event like Baltimore Comic Con. I had some help but it’s always awesome to learn new sewing techniques.

Dreamhost and RagingWire
EventsThis little website has been running on Dreamhost for a little while now and I’m pretty happy with it. Who knew a webhost would be so awesome as to give an opportunity to it’s customers a chance to visit to an opening of a brand new data center? In this case, this particular data center is owned by RagingWire.
I took a few snapshots of the event, please forgive the terrible quality as I did not think to even bring my proper camera with me. D’oh!
It began with a tour of the facilities, then to a short cocktail hour. Right into the ribbon cutting ceremony and show with Cirque Vertigo. It’s a great thing to be able to see efforts like this in tech and meet the people behind it.
Setsucon
EventsSetsucon was fun. It was the first time I came to a convention as an artist seller. Thanks to everyone who came by the table to view my items. Thanks to everyone who bought some really nice pieces. I hope they are greatly enjoyed. Today will be a nice drive back home and everyone can expect in a few days for items to be posted on this website for sale.
Event: Setsucon! Jan 29-30, 2011
EventsJust announcing that RebelTechnica will be attending Setsucon in State College, PA this weekend!
This is the 4th year of Setsucon, an anime convention put together by the Penn State Anime Organization. A small con that’s getting bigger each year.
It will be the first time I will be attending a con as an artist vendor and it will be a fun experience. So please come check myself and my friends out in the Artist Alley.
